TRUE FAITH MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH

On August 6, 2000, God placed the call and made the appointment and True Faith Missionary Baptist Church of Oakland California was obedient to God's call for Reverend Anthony M. Braxton to serve as Pastor of that corporate body of Christ. For more 10 years Dr. Braxton has serve as Vice President of the Vallejo Bible College located in Vallejo California. Dr. Braxton is a Professor in Biblical Studies and has taught many Biblical courses during his tenure with the College. 

Pastor Braxton attended Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College in Sacramento California and  received his Doctoral Degree in Theology and Christian Counseling on May 27, 2000. He is currently the Moderator of the Mount Zion District Association.  

Today, God continues to give Pastor Braxton the knowledge, strength and desire to lead the people of God of True Faith Missionary  Baptist Church in the direction that God would have them to go.                                                                                                                                                              Ephesians 4:11-12

11. And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastor and teachers; 

12. for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.
